Awww, it makes me remember the "good old days" where I was fat, dark and had curly black hair with short chubby fingers. Don't get me wrong, I don't exactly wanna go back to being fat. That's why I've finally decided to put some extra conscious effort in losing weight and it started this day. I woke up early to have an early morning jog and played basketball after. During breakfast, I ate half a cup of rice and I am now officially removing "fast food" from my diet (well, for the time being at least). So far, so good. It is just the first day after all... But I plan to stick to what I've decided. Everyone's losing and gaining weight now and here I am: stuck at being 52kg SINCE FOREVER. No, I'm serious. I've been 52 for as long as I can remember. I've been meaning to reach 50 at the very least, and this time... THIS TIME... I'm making it happen.
So, I had my morning jog, ate less and this afternoon I'll be having basketball practice. What a great way to start the week, don't you think so? :)

I think I'd have to put effort in my weight too :P ..big tummy and all, it never looked nice
